Event Refund Policy (NEW)

Feilding Moa will, through club funds, provide up to $1500.00 per membership year (01 Apr-31 Mar) to subsidise:
  • a maximum of 50% of the cost of club members event entry fees
  • up to a maximum of $100.00 per member per year.

Claims must be submitted for consideration by the Feilding Moa Management Committee prior to the event and be accompanied with proof of payment of the event entry fees. Reimbursement will be processed once the committee receive a copy of the members’ results at the completion of the event.
Funding will only be available to current financial members of Feilding Moa who undertake to compete in a competition wearing full club uniform. That event is not solely restricted to running races and is at the discretion of the committee. (e.g competition could include road, trail, cross country, multisport … the underlying proviso is the club uniform is worn throughout the competition.

  • Applications will not be considered for assistance towards travel, accommodation, affiliation fees, levies, expenses etc.
