WEDNESDAY PACK RUN

ONCE DAYLIGHT SAVING ENDS A MOA GROUP MEETS 6PM BY M&J SHOES, KIMBOLTON RD FOR AN EVENING RUN. ALL WELCOME. WHEN DAYLIGHT SAVING STARTS IN SPRING WE MEET THE SAME TIME AT TIMONA PARK, BY THE ATHLETICS GEARSHED. USUALLY AN HOUR OR SO WITH VARIOUS PACES TO SUIT ALL.

COACHING

  • CLUB COACHES ARE ROB DABB AND Paul Woodfield. THEY CAN HELP YOU SET TARGETS AND PLAN HOW TO ACHIEVE THEM.
