DESCRIPTION:The first  Open Handicap cross country race for the season.\nThis is a typically undulating farm course at the end of Junction Rd West\, Halcombe.\n Many Trophies on the line. Will your name be engraved for 2026?\nStart times: each person is assigned their own start time. You are responsible for watching that time come around on the digital clock and starting at your time \nDogs – no dogs permitted \nDistances around 2.8km per lap. \nBoys 7-13 year 2.8km – Pat & Bruce Wilson Cup \ngirls 7-13 year 2.8km –  Iplex Cup \nColts (14-17) 5.6km – TH Jones Challenge Shield \nJunior women (14-19) 5.6km – Janine Wasley Memorial Cup \nWalkers 5.6km \nWomen 5.6km – Michael Hannett Memorial Cup \nJunior men & Men 8.4km –  Aussie Thomas Cup \nThe Course: See “Event website” further down this page to go to a mapmyrun view of the course including elevations. This years course may vary a bit to that shown due to crop paddocks and farming needs\, but overall similar terrain \nWoolshed: We use this for afternoon tea plus there is a toilet inside.
