DESCRIPTION:We’ll be doing something a bit different this Saturday for our club run!\nThis differs from the printed programme (Vaoga Cup will now be a Wanganui next weekend)\nWe will be doing a “One-hour lap challenge” at Timona Park.  Complete as many or as few 1km (approx) laps as you like. \n\nYou could test your endurance and pacing strategies by seeing how many laps you can complete within one hour.\nOr you might use the opportunity to do a few hot laps with a few rests in between.\n\nThe choice is yours! 1:30pm start.  Bring your usual uniform and something to share for afternoon tea \n  \n
