Moa’s at Manawatu Striders Marathon

Over 40 club members participated in the Manawatu Striders event on 12th May.

Highlights included:

Lizzie Dean-Harris in her first marathon winning the women’s in a smart time of 3 hours 23 minutes. . Anita Chan was 2nd and completed her 20th marathon. None of our men did the Marathon – maybe saving themselves for Woodruffe Cups on 18th May!

Denns Konijn (175) in his first Half Marathon with Gavin Teahan (233)

Sarah Imbush won the womens half marathon while Amanda Radich and Monica Burnard also went 1st-2nd in the women’s 10km run.
