Our annual Turkey Trot (estimated time) saw one of the youngest athletes, Phoebe Singleton run the 1.2km within 1 second of her estimated time. Next closest was 18 y.o. Stephanie Walker who was within 3 seconds on the 6km.
For the 3km course the first three were separated by 1 second only. Hazel Duker finished 10 seconds different to her estimate; Hayley Cornwall 11 sec and Isaiah Woodfield 12 sec.
On the 6km course, next best after Stephanie were Debra Arnold (27 s) and Cameron Walker (38 s)
On the 9km is was the oldest runner showing everyone else how to “pace”. Kevin Rolls was within 48 s, next best being Darren Parlato 1m 2 s, and Pat Stichbury 1m 32 s.
