COACHING

  • Our Club Coach is  ROB DABB,  an accredited Coach with Athletics NZ and has also completed  the Lydiard Foundation course under Lorraine Moller for distance coaches. He can assist you set targets and a sensible training plan to achieve them
  • Assistant coaches are Brian Day and William Twiss
  • We need more coaches!

GROUP TRAINING TIMES

  • TUESDAY: 5:30PM, Manawaroa St (entrance to The Esplanade). About 45-60 minutes of hill running, fartlek or long reps. Contact ROB PH 027 255 3992
  • WEDNESDAY: from April – September. Time and venue to be confirmed
  • THURSDAY: 5:30PM, MASSEY UNIVERSITY ALL WEATHER TRACK. FOCUS ON INTERVAL TRAINING WITH ROB and Bill
