5:45pm start as per usual for the PNAHC club night. Championship events will fit in and around the club night schedule

TRACK events

100m, 400m, 1500m

No entry fee for athletes registered with a club within the region. Just turn up on the day and listen out for calls to the startline

Age eligibility is 14 years and up (childrens champs are later in March)
