Distances today range from 1km for our keen Mini Moa’s through to One lap (2.5km) for 7-13 year olds,  then two laps for colts (14-17), juniors (18-19) and women and three laps (7.5km) for men.

Course is mostly flat with a few low obstacles. Bring a plate for afternoon tea. Have you paid your annual subs yet? You need to be fully paid up before the start of our Handicap cross country race at Woodruffes on 21st April to qualify for points and trophies.
